Hi Coaches,

I moved to another place and dont have my medicine ball anymore but have a set of plyoboxes with 3 different heights. Is it possible to do the inverted cat there or I should get a medicine ball?

Also wanted to clarify from which point of my back should the box support? is it up to the point in this picture and then by back should hang freely?

Hi Felipe, the support is generally in the middle of the scapulae and as you become more experienced you can adjust the position in the function of the segment where you are more limited. keep in mind that extension limitation is the result of "diffused" extension and not in one point.

Thanks Alex, that means that one should place the back at different points in the box through the whole thoracic spine? Like 60 secs at one point and so on.

is there a stretch that works all segments? Thinking of the elevated bridge hold

the bridge final form works all the part, ideally, you can feel where you are more limited and you can spend additional time here.

Do you see which part of my thoracic spine I should spend more time working on? Thanks!
