Hi Coaches,
I been doing these as a warm up but lost access to stall bars, so now can only do it on a bar without back support, how does it look?

Hey Feli, you're doing a pretty good job for not having anything behind your shoulders. Remember to keep your ears covered by your arms as you do this one. Other students who have a similar single bar set up have tied a broom stick, or dowel rod across the frame at shoulder level to imitate stall bars. You might be able to do something similar on your setup.
Thanks jeffrey! To keep my ears covered I should narrow my grip?
Try to avoid looking at your hands. Keep your head straight forward. You should be able to feel your ears against your shoulders.
Thanks so much Jeffrey
