SL PE1 mastery check

Video cuts off during last set because I ran out of room on my phone. Also, apologies in advance for the camera angle directly up my butthole.

Hi Jason, we need to stop and focus on more important things:

1-a side view is also necessary to heck completely this exercise technique;

2-feet are moving too much. they MUST stay in the same place, only the spine is meant to be moved.

I did two sets in side view, but if the moving feet disqualify it, then that doesn't really matter. Will try again.

Yes , i've seen them. My idea is that next time post directly the side view because:

-from this i can see if the range of motion is complete;

-if the body inclination it is ok;

-if the hips/legs angle is ok

-i can see something about legs.

i can understand much more thing from side view and if there are technical failures i can see them early and you do not need to perform all the sets if all f them must be corrected.
