Hi Jonas:
-IM first: my impression is that you lean too much with shoulders, the first aim of the exercise is hips moving while shoulders balance in the opposite direction if necessary,
-PE: i need to stop you from the first rep: notice that you reach the floor with hand and not with weigth. this means that at the point where you reach the floor one arm is closer to the floor then the other BUT if this happens is because one shoulder twisted less than the other one. so try to reach the center of the weigth.

For the Russian Twists, strive to lean back a bit (think knuckles over middle of the knees), and also make a slight paus at the top of the movement, that way it's easier to focus on rotation of the trunk but makes the exercise harder. I also find it very useful to grasp the ground with the big toes if your foot mobility allows. The toes is furthest away from this exercise so it's easy to neglect them but for the final progression (side lever) you can't neglect the fine details.
For iM I personally slowed things down just a bit on this one, worked better for me, helped at activating my glutes to protect the low back and relaxing the front side.
Otherwise looked solid!
Thank you Jakob, i agree on your pointers with leaning back more and try to keep toes grounded. Are you swesish btw?

I have never considered that about one arm being lower. Thanks for your pointers! Will try to rotate hips more and shoulders less on the im.
Ja namnet var ganska avslöjande, inte sant
Jonas,

This was last 2 sets of 30 reps. Am i doing ok?
Hey Jonas, a bit of recap:
-on the IM of the MN strive to center the lower shoulder in between the 2 legs and not of the inclined one;
-Cuban press, there should be no Cuban press work for your level at the moment;
-should extension: no reason to work with additional weight or narrow grip if you cannot raise the bar up to the horizontal position;
-SL PE, a side view can give me additional details about twisting range fo motion.
Thank you very much.
There allready is a sideview of the SL PE in the most recent video of this thread, starting at 1min 54 sec, Into the video. Please check it out alessandro.

@Alessandro Mainente
range of motion unweighted. Does it need improvenent before loading this exersice @Alessandro Mainente
Not enough horizontal here, you should increase the grip. the side video of SL is acceptable, you need to twist more.
Are this form better? More twist?
@Alessandro Mainente ?
