Hey Geonho, I recommend doing this iM standing next to a wall to make sure you are not letting your arm drift out to the side in the back of your circle. Nice work so far!

Is this correct??

Stop the video at 6 seconds, and what this moment on every reps, you can notice that you are inclining + bending forward. on the other side, you should aim only for twisting!

Ok, I’m trying to fix it and Can I know the reason why we do that mobility for HBP??

They are opposite movements. PE is developing a shoulder flexion with adduction, on the other side in this PE you develop shoulder extension and abduction when you move on the back.

what do you think about this??

Now there seems to be no rotation. now do it against the wall...without rotation.

Today, I tried it again. Check Please!

If you stop at 9 seconds you can still see some tendency to incline the body. don't worry about twisting...

Hey Geonho, I recommend spending some more time here before moving on. On your push ups, make sure that you are focusing on protraction at the top of your reps. This will help you get ready for more advanced HBP work. On you iM focus on keeping your spine straight and your ribs pulled in tight. You can see in your video, more so on your second side, how much you are arching your back throughout this movement. Remember that this movement takes place in the shoulder and not in the entire thoracic portion of your body.
