Backward Roll to Front Support

Hey Geonho, the only one mistake here is that as you begin the roll your hips are piking and you lose the hollow position. in fact, when you reach the floor the plank position is not a correct plank.

It’s a little difficult to understand exactly. Is the mistake that you said this? (below photo)? Hips are piking.. lose the hollow position.. they all are mistakes in begin positon, right?

not here, i'm referring at the moment where you are extending the hips and you are reaching the front support.

This is a huge difference! very nice work! be careful with your toes of that floor!
