It appears to me that there are no longer handstand workouts in any level of the new workout schedule. Is this correct? If so, why?

What happened to handstands in new training plans?

Hi Derek, handstand and movement are excellent courses but not required from the outset. You can customize the basic schedule and add them by going to the Class Finder, clicking the Digital Coaching filter and using the + button to add to the day(s) of your choice. If you want to change any of the content on the schedule, you can use the My Classes filter.
Any recommentation when to add HS work to the Level 1 Integrated Plan?
If you do not have the super tight shoulder of a very very very limited range of motion is the shoulders i would begin it as soon as possible.
And should I do it on off-days or on upper body days?
I'm used to doing in on the core days. but it depends on the progress on the course. at the beginning it can be done on the upper body days, BUT as you progress maybe you can be fatigued.
