Thoughts on the forms of the strength and mobility elements? I can already tell, that when moving back up in the iM element, my arm is not staying vertical but steers to the backside. Any tips on this or other issues?

Hey Viktor, follows my suggestions:
- on the PE you must show more coordination between upper and lower body. this means that heels and shoulder should touch at the same moment. then arms follow;
-on the IM notice in the course video how the feet are not parallel but one is tilted to the side and one hip is tilted to the side (the hip of the feet that points directly to the camera).
Thanks Ale. I'll post new vids soon!
Hi @Alessandro Mainente! Here are the vids with a focus on the weaknesses that you pointed out! How is it coming along?
Hey Viktor, now the Pe is ok, the IM needs refinement. the legs that it is tilted to the side is always bent at the knee. remember that almost straight is bent.
@Alessandro Mainente agreed, just realized the knees do bend a little in the move. Will work on it.
@Alessandro Mainente new take on the move. Thoughts?
HI ViHey Viktor, now IM is ok. you need to fight for more range of motion.
@Alessandro Mainente
Absolutely, more range of motion needed. Any tips for supporting moves to increase ROM? Been doing this move for a looong time.
Thanks!
Patience....maybe doing it with current weigth....and with lighter on other days.
