Hi guys, how is it looking?

Hey Matthew,

Nice protraction! Pretty good so far.

I would like to see a little less hip movement when your arm comes off the ground. Fight hard to keep your hips totally level.

I also suggest trying these alongside a wall. Just set up like normal but get the whole side of your body as close as you can to the wall without touching it. Then find the straddle width that allows you to lift your outside hand off the ground without drifting into the wall. If possible, measure and mark the distance that your outside foot needs to be from the wall to keep good form. Try to train both sides using the same foot width.

Thank you Everett, I will try your suggestion in my next session.

Tried the wall suggestion. Feedback?

Awesome work!

The only tweak you need to make is to flip 180-degrees for the second set so that your supporting arm is always the one next to the wall.

Done, thanks for the prompt feedback.
