OliveStrip Posted April 30, 2010 Share Posted April 30, 2010 Question for Coach Sommer,When doing basic strength exercises, how fast of a tempo do you want to use? Once you select this tempo should you keep it the same for the entirety of the steady state cycle? Should the tempo of all your exercises be the same or should you use different tempos for the different workouts of the week?Thanks in advance!
