Hey Marko, remember to look carefully more times to course video execution.....no crossed legs are showed in the course page.

Marko Sekulic

Okey, but that bar is too low for me do be completely straight...can I practice there, without crossing legs, or I need to find another bar? @Alessandro Mainente

Alessandro Mainente

Crossing the legs has nothing to do with the height of the bar.

the problem is not the bent knees, are the legs crossed.

Alessandro Mainente

if you are not crossing the legs.....and the range is the same as the previous work, it is a good work.

Alessandro Mainente

Hey Marko, looking forward to seeing your IM, because the PE is ok!

Marko Sekulic

Hey @Alessandro Mainente,

Here is the im.

Also, I have one question...is it possible for someone (me) to have full pike, and chest to floor pancake with dislocated Achilles tendon (both), wich lead to many limitations, very tight calves are one?

Alessandro Mainente

Hy marko the IM is ok.

well consider that dislocation leads to the unstable joint, this is the primary cause or major tightness in the joint capsule and some surroundings elements. so is possible having some reduced tissue elongation. but it is still difficult to say something more, the previous injury/pathology story plays a big role.
