Hey Johannes,
Nice start! Your back position looks good. You can view additional videos that show proper form with a full range of motion in the Foundation section of your course library. Can you post a side view as well?
Here are a couple of tips for now:
1. If possible, get your legs parallel with the floor. If you can't do it that's alright but get as close as you can.
2. Try to twist even more. You're beginning the twist early which is great but try to get your top elbow facing the ceiling each rep.
@Everett Carroll
Hey Everett!
Thanks for your quick response! I am working on those for quite some time now! Somehow I am having Troubles with the range of rotation! Is there an exercive you can recommand to work on my range of motion? Maybe move back to another step?
Try warming up with one or two 30-second sets of the Side Lever PE3 mobility exercise. You form is almost there so make the leg position a priority and do what you can with the rotation improvement. Post of a video from your next session and we'll go from there.
Hey guys!
Still working in the right amount of rotation here; is this sufficient?
Nice improvement on rotation, Johannes. Can you also post a side view?

Hey @Jeffrey Bittner
Here is the side view, pacing is a bit off

Nice work, Johannes! Remember to keep your knees completely straight throughout your set. Keep it up!

nice starting point. i would add to Jeffrey review that you should aim for 90° spine rotation.

Hey @Alessandro Mainente
Is the 90 degree a requirement for mastery? Cause it seems nearly impossible with legs parallel to the floor. Also i never saw someone on the forum achieving 90....
If it is required, i need some help here, cause i am stuck on this pe for 6+ month. This seems to be as good it gets for me with the rotation . .

All student asking for this element review will receive the same critique, no preferences here.
the ability to extend and twist is much easier as you extend the hips, the limitation can be tight abs and tight middle back, how is your bridge?

i know that there are no preferences of course, no offence there! however, i couldnt find someone achieving 90° . There are very few (or non at all) mastery checks on this exercise the forum.
My bridge is rather good (in comparison to other skills)… do you need a form check on it?
puhhhh this pe is really starting to frustate me, help me out here!
There are some exercises that work on twisting of the spine on the bridge course. maybe you should work on them more often.
@Alessandro Mainente
Hi!
Soooo, does this look any better?
Almost perfect, serious improvement. look to your first video Johannes! now do all the reps like this way.
Great, thanks. Still a long way to go with volume!
hey @Alessandro Mainente still working on those.. lol, takes some patience here. right now i am at 5x6 reps, could you please asess my form (last set, couldn t finish it).
I think that the major work is done. now refine this one by making it more fluid.
