Hi! I want to know about the classification of the difficulty(Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).

Why did you divide that like this? simply for a personal level?? Is it okay to do all the exercises in a day if I can do that?

Thank you and I'm sorry to have a lot of questions.

Hey Geonho,

Your 'Beginner' level progressions come from the Handstand One course, 'Intermediate' progressions from H2, and 'Advanced' progressions from H3. Go ahead and focus your workouts on the Beginner and Intermediate progressions. Once you have completed your assigned workout for the day, you are welcome to play with some of the more advanced progressions in your courses that are within reason of your current skill level.

Ok! Thank you so much, Jeffrey

How can you assess where you are in the progression. We all subjectively will put ourselves ahead, but how can we objectively measure this ? thanks for the response in advance,

Everett Carroll

The program is designed to advance you based on your perceived exertion. Just rate it honestly after each workout.

We are always here for form review if you submit videos but only you can rate how hard the workout feels.
