Animated tutorial site

I just found this site http://www.flashmavi.com/ which has interesting tutorials with animations for gymnastics, wushu and martial arts. Has anyone else seen it? Does anyone consider it a decent resource? Hope someone finds this interesting.

The flash tutorials have pretty good information but are very poorly made and hard to use. The pause and play button either don't work, or do work but you can't tell.

I remember seeing that site about 5 years ago when interested in martial arts. Great resource.
