Random thought, these make me fart and have to go to the bathroom (number 2) almost immediately after. Just wondering if it's just me or if anyone else has these side effects. Lol

I admit that is strange, never happened to me.

I dint experience this.

But some exercises where you bring your knees to the chest will "massage" your intestines. And thus create a peristaltic effect.

Not the kind of massage I usually enjoy but at least I'm regular!
