HI Christian if possible this element must be evaluated with a front view rather than a side view. can you post a front view for me please?

Hey Christian stop the first video at 10 seconds, now look how you are reaching the floor, there is some shoulder horizontal abduction. ideally, you should be able o hold the elbow in line with the 2 shoulders while you reach the floor because you twist the spine.
Hi Alessandro, I see how you mean. Ive worked on getting more twist through spine. Can you please review revision from top view and side view, I’ve included side view to see how hips respond to extra twist in spine.
