Just started this progression, would appreciate any feedback (currently using a 1 Kg dumbbell for balance, due to limited achilles mobility). Thanks.

Hrey Dan , the PE is ok, on the IM you are showing a different range of motion from back to front and from front to back. they should be the same.

Dan Schreter

Got it. Thanks @Alessandro Mainente! I'll work on this and report back.

@Alessandro Mainente I worked on improving the ROM in the iM according to your feedback, is it ok now?

Alessandro Mainente

Hi Dan i do not know if you stayed intentionally in front of the wall but this is a fantastic idea to reduce compensation. do not incline your body and if you touch with the forehead the wall you are twisting! never twisting.

Dan Schreter

Not intentionally, but happy to hear it came out well :)

Is the ROM sufficient and sufficiently symmetrical between going forward and back? Thanks!

Jeffrey Bittner

Your ROM looks pretty solid, Dan! As you circle your leg backwards you tend to rush the last 1/3 of the circle. Try to maintain a steady pace throughout the entire motion. Keep up the great work!

Thanks @Jeffrey Bittner!
