i am looking to to get some feedback from people w arthritis or that have had knee surgery and used gb for a while and if it was beneficial

Hi Ivan, theoretically your knee has no cartilage. so soon or less it will begin to hurt.

More information needed. What type of arthritis (osteo or rheumatoid)?

Where? Under the kneecap, between the femur & tibia? How severe is it? How long have you had it? What can you do? What can't you do?
