Hello ! At the video the athlete demonstrates the exercise with a flexed low back. Isn't that wrong because that way, it's like getting into a pike floor stretch by rounding the low back to falsely get deeper into the stretch ?

You have to prepare your body for the future pike press or stalder press where the compression needed to pass from straddle L sit to handstand pancake and L sit to handstand pike hold needs a flexed spine on both cases.
