Hi guys,

I have one question about warm up for foundation work...Coach said that we should use higher reps mastered progressions for our warm up, 21,15,9 rep shema...

My question is, does that mean that we should do 21 rep on exercises where are mastery sets 15 reps, 15 reps where are mastery sets are 10 reps, , and 9 reps for exercises where mastery sets are 5 reps?

Also, does this also aplly for mobility, should we do higher reps of mobility of mastered exercises too, or that remains the same?

Thanks,

Marko

It is a good way to warm up for the strength part, for the IM, i simply perform the last exercises mastered.

Another way is thinking foundations as a sum of blocks, for example, the HBP has pushup part, dip part, hspu part. then select the last exercises for a block and use it with the double reps of the mastery as a warm-up. if you are still in the first block then choose 2 exercises and so on.
