How do these look? For mastery, is it 5 sets each side (so 10 sets total), or 5 sets total?

Hi Jin is 10 sets total, well a sort of twisting work appears to me. on both sides of your body tends to twist, the problem comes from the lower arm especially the serratus anterior, maximal protraction should be shown in order to reduce the twist.

Got it. Will focus on protracting more next time. Thank you!

Was playing around with the set up at a gym. Are the bars spaced out too wide here? Generally speaking, is it the wider the bars the harder it is, or is it the opposite, given the bars are still within reasonable range (nothing too extreme)?

sorry about the bad angle..

There is an angle where you can work better...the closer the bar the harder it is for the lower arm, the wider the harder is the for the upper. for the 90° angle in between the 2 arms is fine.

Talking about your execution.....i prefer to see more protraction in the bottom shoulder.
