Below are 3 sets of approx 10 sec each. I tried to engage the lats as much as I can, but can't seem to hold my hip against the bar long enough. Also is that too much pike or is it ok? Any tips on how to improve? Thank you!

Hey Jin you need to increase the posterior pelvic tilt and pulling the bar more to the hips. Strength matter.

Any better or not at all?
hi Jin , not yet. you should be able to write a single straight line from your shoulder through the hips, up to the heels.
Do you actually pull your hips against the bar, or keep them very close, but not touching? The course video seems to be "very close to the bar"
When working on a beginner they should understand as much as possible the angles. if working "closer" means to reduce the bodyline or the alignment then is better almost touching. notice that is not a simplification like touching the arms in the tuck planche. you are still in a falling situation here.
