hi Stephe, there are a lot of corrections:

1-when you begin you are not performing the lean with a correct protraction, in fact, your upper body is not rounded.

2-when you begin the eccentric part you are piking at the hip and as you move through the push up you are not reaching the floor with the hips and this is the second point to understand that there is only a partial PPT.

3-as you finish the pushup you are not extending the elbows while a 1'' clear stop in the top position is required to move on.

4- you are pushing with the toes on the floor increasing the ankle dorsiflexion to resist the temptation to fall forward.

Reduce the lean a bit using this approach.

-lie on the floor on your stomach.

-push the hands on the side of your body at the point where your forearms are not vertical but only a bit inclined. take the measure of the feet and of the hands.

-now perform the exercises with these fixed points.

Thank you Allesandro! I'll take your advice and readjust my posture.  Will post another video when corrected.

Hi Stephen, now the feet are ok, keep your heels together and increase the lean so that at the bottom the forearm are inclined.
