Hello everyone,

All the example videos that I've seen for MN/PE1,2, and 3 feature the athlete performing the movements quickly, seemingly using some momentum.

My question is, for mastery, do we need to be able to do them completely slow and controlled all the way through? Or is using some momentum all right?

Thank you

Hi Jako for mastery controlling movement is necessary.1-2'' up, controlled isometric position at the top and 1-2'' down.

Hmm. I might need to retest these with those conditions and get a video.

I've stalled somewhat at NHLL so some more work on V-Ups (really slow and controlled pauses) might even help. Thanks for asking the Q Jako
