Hello,

A little intro about my pains and problem:  I have some issue with my left Shoulder (SH), to by more specific a little SLAP tear and some biceps tendonisis + the left ripcage isnt expanding like right and so not supporting the SH. Also some clicking and easy pains in the elbow.

By the torso exercise on the floor, when I rotate the the knees to the right i feel a strong pulling from in the pec minor, up to a shoulder the it continues through the biceps and ends belliw the elbow. Somtimes when extend the arms i feel a tingling in the finger..probably some nerv.

Do you have some advice?

Thank you for your time.

Hi Marko, at this point your shoulder is a pathological situation. Personally, from a trainer point of view i cannot give more suggestions because you can make the situation one, two, three times worst than before. any exercise where you move the upper arm in the socket can be potentially dangerous depending on the type of SLAP.

You to consider that: if you want to continue with physical training as a strong part of your daily routine, you need to take a surgery. the conservative approach, in the case of slap problem, ,does not consider daily training work with the shoulder an option.
