I'd like to setup my rings on my chin up bar the same way you have done in the video. What equipment do I need? I have rings (obviously), but what is the yellow piece of equipment you have the carabiners attached to? I circled the part I'm referring to in the attached screenshot.
I'd like to create a quick attach setup in my apartment and it looks like that's exactly what you have here.
