The Restore videos start with "Now that we've demonstrated..." or similar words, but I haven't seen the demonstrations. Where are they available? I only see the follow along videos.

Demonstration videos?

The order of the videos in the play list is wrong. The full follow-along is first, once it ends (just skip there, no need to wait...) the demonstration videos will start and be played one after the other. In most cases they'll be played in order of the follow along, but there's also one of them that's out of order.
