Abhinav09 Posted April 16, 2010 Share Posted April 16, 2010 Hi ,I started with GB 8 months ago. i am 32/Male/62Kg (136lb)/5ft 9 in height.My WoD includes static positions (except manna) and one push XR /pull/core. I feel the improvement in arms, legs and chest muscles and feel satisfied with progression.1) Now I want to increase the size of my rib cage as my chest appears deflated. (see the attached photo, first from left in red T-shirt)Should I go for some special exercise or focus on breathing pattern.2) For my low body weight, I assume that as I build up muscle mass and bone density, the body weight will increase as required.Thanks for all the help.
