Hi Leland, the execution is ok. Next time remember to specify in the name of the post the element you are referring to, in this case pHS/PE4.

This is actually pHS/PE6. With this in mind, are you still happy with the execution?

Hey Leland,

I would like to see a slightly longer pause at the top of each rep and a tad more ROM. Press at least half an inch higher and pause for a solid second before lowering.
