These are from the 3rd set of each exercise. Did 4x10 with 4x5 mobility.

Felt like it was mostly Hamstring flexibility holding me back from locked knees on the PE. Dont think it was a quad weakness, but perhaps. Also on the J-curls I noticed my right knee wants to break lock ever so slightly about half way down. I found trying to externally rotate my hips stopped that from happening. Will post a front facing shot of the mobility on my next workout. Didn't think to till after.

Hey Ronnicky,

The PE will smooth out over time. You're already aware of the need for straight knees on the mobility so make that your main focus during upcoming sessions. Also know that you can let your feet lower all the way to the ground between each rep.

For the iM, focus on relaxing your upper body a bit. Let the weight hang as low as possible by relaxing your shoulders and back. To help keep your knees straight, focus on strong quad engagement.

When you film the front angle, two takes would be useful: the first with your normal position (where the knee lock breaks) and the second showing your external rotation.

Would Front, Side and Diagonal be best or just front/side view? I'll likely be recording again tomorrow. Did legs this morning

Ronnicky,

A front and side view should suffice.

Post Upper workout. Did a set of Dislocates followed by a set of J-curls. The vid is another 3 for the camera. This felt like solid form I didn't even feel the 5 lb on the dowel, which is a first. Going to go sip on some electrolytes now lol

NIce depth in the movement.
