I was just wondering what a typical weekly schedule is that you would give to someone training for things like the planche, front lever, side lever, one arm pullup etc.

As of right now I do a monday, wednesday, Satruday routine

any help would be great

That sounds a little like a thinly veiled "can you write me a routine"...

If you're training for those skills, it would seem fair to expect that you have a reasonable amount of training experience, and should be able to at least post up a schedule of your own device for feedback by anyone who is experienced enough to assist with/comment on. Coach has recently stated that he is very busy at the moment with (amongst other things) his athletes and getting everything in place to get the first book on sale.

Also, from your point of view - if you address a question specifically to someone and they don't reply for whatever reason ...it is likely that no-one else will either, since you don't appear to want their opinion!?

Hope this is taken in the spirit that it's intended.

Regards,

George.

What I have now is a monday wednesday saturday routine where the workouts are basically the same here are the exercises that i do

Iron Cross holds: 15 second sets (-25lbs)

pullups 3 to 5 reps (+80)

Tuck planche: 10 second sets

Advanced front lever: 30-60 second sets

1 Arm comedowns

1 arm jump pullups

advanced front lever pull 3-5 reps

Tuck flag (still kind of angled) 10 to 30 sec

I think i probably lack organization, or is what im doing, the same exercises every other day the best way to get good at them?

Just to clarify a little...

a) Do you do all of these each session: Mon, Weds and Sat? Are you doing any additional sports/activities that might affect your recovery, etc?

b) Are you aiming for some kind of linear progression, or are you cycling underload, load and overload in some way? If not, and you've hit a plateau, addressing this might help get you back on track.

c) Are you adding volume, resistance, endurance to each? i.e. Iron Cross holds, 15sec reps (-25lb) ...how many sets? ...what are you aiming to change; removing assistance, increasing hold times, reducing rest?

d) I also notice that you seem to be doing a lot more pulling than pushing in that routine. You might also want to think about adding some overhead work to help keep your shoulders healthy and happy?

Cheers,

George.
