Hi,

Has anyone found a good way to do arch ups (for the core section) without all the equipment noted in the video? Im struggling to find a decent way to do that exercise without being either unstable to over compensating in other ways due to the equipment or set up being less than sturdy!

Thanks

hi Christopher, you do not have many solutions, the belt of the course, a box with a stallbar or a nordic curl machine.

So, I need to purchase equipment is what you're saying? I've raised this issue before about equipment- it is not made clear prior to purchasing that there is equipment needed other than rings and space etc. Nothing about stall bars, belts etc which all seem to be fairly integral to many of the exercises that are on the site!! How do other people progress through the program without having any of the equipment?! There must be a solution somewhere.

Many people find a solution, some of them have someone holding their legs, some of them have a power rack with weigthlifitng bar plus weight so that they can push agains it, I've seen a friend using a table and a rope to fix the ankles to the table. I do not know what it is available for you. for sure if you have only a floor ...well this is a strong limitation.

in the general public forum there is a section called "equipment" where people ask and discuss the necessary material before owing foundations.
