HS/SE4: You are definitely progressively losing PPT here Jon. The no toe point is correct as well as the flat back.

HS/SE5: Same tweaks as above Jon. If you can get a better handstand line you will use a LOT less strength, and be able to do most of this with much more ease. This also includes efficiency lost through unpointed toes. Your hands are also too wide which means you are unnecessarily using strength where you do not have to.

Balance is great however and you look like you are really getting the hang of everything. Let's work on the basic mechanics and your handstand line.

Thanks for the awesome feedback. Can you comment on the best width for the hands?

The best width for future one arm handstand development can be reached as follows:

-stay in the front of the mirror

-move your arms in the handstand position

-completely elevate your shoulder near the ears

-stack the hands over the shoulders.
