I'm looking to get weighted bars for my mobility work but am having trouble locating them.
I'm looking for 1 lb., 5 lb. & 10 lb. weighted bars, if they do exist. I'm also 6'2", so looking for a minimum of 6' length is also key.
Where do y'all get your weighted bars from?

It is not necessary for the bar itself to be weighted. You can use weighted bars, but they are often hard to find and costly.
A great alternative is to take a dowel rod and place a light weight or ankle straps through to the middle. This will allow you to easily adjust your weight as you get stronger.
