tripod trouble

Hello,

I am a beginner taking the beginning handstand course.   I am having trouble executing the tripod position.  Is there any exercise that I can do to get me to a tripod?

HI Steve, the only I can give you is asking for a video. without seeing your attempt I cannot understand what it's wrong with your execution.
