Knee Series

I saw the article/blog post. I believe the knee series to be "just in there" among all the other good exercises. Not as a specific series or something to do ekstra.
Thats at least how I read it.
HI Maria , the knee series is integrated in the Foundation course in the part of single leg squat development.
The article makes it seem like there is a separate plan for the knee series. Is there some recommendations for how to put these exercises into a separate workout?
Hey Max,
Sure thing, the knee series is simple to put together. Perform a single mastery set of SLS/PE5>iM through SLS/SE5>iM prior to each lower body workout. If any of the exercises is too difficult or the intensity exceeds about a 4/10 then omit until your strong enough to perform it with proper form and a moderate intensity at most.
Coach Sommer says it is perfectly fine to work on more advanced mobility drills to get a jump on them. Just avoid training more advanced strength exercises until you reach them in your programming. Honestly, I have expanded my lower body warm up lately to include a quick set of all of the lower body mobility drills from F1, F2, and F3.

Hi Everett, the knee series is the mobility part only, of SLS/PE5 - SLS/SE5, right?
