What is considered Failed Mobility?

So in PE1>iM swivel hips.  Say I cannot get my legs to the floor along with both my butt cheeks on the floor, does this count as failed mobility?

Unfortunately, yes.

Hey Christopher,

This is a hard one for most of us here.  I suggest you to work on it regularly.  Don't hesitate to play with tempo in Isometric or even 90/90.
