... and I am a little disappointed with the lack of introduction it provides you with. It seems you're expected to know what a lot of acronyms mean along with programming.

For somebody that is new to GymnasticBodies, how are we meant to know what things like PE1, PE1>iM mean?

In addition, I can't see any guidance about how long the rest should be in between sets, whether the strength and mobility should be back to back or rest etc? Also, as somebody who has a lot of strength already, I am going to find the first few days extremely easy, is it possible to skip straight through to a harder workout from Day 1?

It also doesn't tell you that you'll need to purchase a set of gymnastics rings from Day 1...

Appreciate some advice here.

Hi Joshua and welcome to GB, on the course page if you access to the labels at the top there is the FITNESS LABEL, if you scroll on it you can access to the INTRODUCTION section.

Have you already checked this one?

Thank you for the link - I have now read this it makes more sense.  I am still confused as to whether there should be a rest between sets, or do the mobility exercises act as a rest? E.g. If you have 3 sets, you would actually do these back to back, switching from Strenght to Mobility, no rest, Streng to Mobility, no rest, Streng to Mobility, THEN REST. If so, it seems endurance plays a large part of it.

You got, active mobility is the best solution in the first 1-2 years of training!

Rather than endurance, the cue point is that long time under tension in the basic exercises means more connective tissue strengthening.

Hi Joshua, use the videos to determine timing at first. They set the appropriate tempo for both the exercises and mobility, and then once you're used to the video tempos you can just grab the set numbers and do the exercises on your own.
