What exactly is Jefferson curl mastery as required to move on from  MN/PE2? Full ROM with any load? If that is the case, should I keep them in the program moving forward in order to work towards the BW Jefferson curl some day in the future? Or am I supposed to stay at MN/PE2 for 2 years? If they stay in the program, where do I put them?

Ben,

In my opinion, keeping them in your programming, if done well and properly as a maximal mobility endeavour will not only benefit all aspects of your GST, but also stand you in very good stead for future spinal strength, mobility, and health.

Hey Ben,

The suggested mastery standard is to lower your wrist just below your toes. The weight used will vary from person to person.

Of course the more weight you can control, the better. However, it’s not necessary  (nor practical) to stay at this progression until you reach full body weight.

In my experience 20-25% Bodyweight is a good standard for mastery. You can always increase your weight as you progress further through the courses.

Thanks for your responses, guys.
