Hi all,

when doing the wide hurdeler coach says something like; goal is to take center of the chest straight down the leg.

For (tight) me, i do not feel the stretch when i rotate this much, i do feel the stretch better if i take center of chest pretty much in between bent- and straight leg. Why is this? What version should i pick for now?

Best,, Jonas

The variation where you feel more stretch is the primary goal because probably is the limiting factor for the pose that Coach suggested.

Thank you alessandro, i will keep doing it the way i have then. And hopefully with time move chest closer to the straight leg.

Is this usually a case of tight adductors? (The disability to turn chest towards the straight leg). At least for me, it feels like adductors are ”tightening up” when striving for it.
