Russian Dips

HI Caleb, this variation is considered a "russian dip"in the calisthenics world BUT in the gymnastics world this move does not exists. 

Russian dips are also called "upper arm dip" because in the bottom part you support your body on the upper arm (on the belly of the tricep).

perform the correct variation because this one is not the correct execution.

ahhh thanks alessandro!  i was wondering about whether leaning back on the upper arms was ok and ultimately decided this was harder.  i now see that's the whole point.  will be posting a follow up video.  thanks again
