Point your toes @Oussama KHELLADI :)

Nice work Ossama!

From here you will want to lengthen your body as much as you can by pressing y’all through your shoulders.

Make sure to keep a tight hollow as you do. That’ll straighten out your handstand for sure.

Alessandro Mainente

Yes it needs refinement, especially you tend to lose shoulder flexion due to tight lats.

i dont know if its a lat problem since i have a good bridge

yesterday i flexed my shoulders and i found after checking the video that myflexed legs with pointed toes start from en arched lower back its wierd because i dont feel the arch  i will upload the video later

as a side question what are your thought on rounded shoulders with thorasic kyphosis and tilted forward hip does the H1 and HBP progressions help fix it ? as i presume

Alessandro Mainente

Then Can you show your bridge?

Oussama KHELLADI

@Alessandro Mainente

sorry for the late post heres two different days attempt and a bridge after some reps

for handstand i feel like either am lacking something or am exagerating something

Alessandro Mainente

You form is not bad, then it an alignment problem. i i'm 100% sure that the alignment exercises in handstand one especially from IM12 are the secret for improve your handstand.

in the photo below you can see one my handstand back in 2013 (left) and after in 2017 (right).

The different ability to control the hip leads to superior form , alignment and aestetic.

noted i will keep refining then thank you alex would it help to do it with a bench and add weight ? like hip thrust but only tilting the hips ?

Alessandro Mainente

NO, it is not necessary, the hips movement is very specific and sensible to weight variation, no necessity to add weight. it is a technical work, it takes time.
