How far will the Foundations Series take me? I already completed Foundations One and will soon begin Foundations Two. What will I be able to do by the time I get to/finish Foundations Four? Will I be able to hold a Side Lever or a Manna?

HI Andres, the final goal will be straddle planche, manna, side lever, climbing a 6 mt rope with no leg, hollowbackpress, front lever and leg strength past single leg squat.
You'll get to start rings work too
