Hi coaches,
Do you recommend some glutes exercises in all F4 to strengthen them? Some I can do even if I didn't master previous elements but that will help in the long term (to recover hips mobility for my part)?
Thanks!

I found the iM's from the planche lean, such as the Prone Half Straddle Planche Leg Extension (either single or double leg extension, and either straddle or legs together) are really good for strengthening the glutes. Especially if you gradually reduce the amount of support under your upper body. The videos in the course library show that the bench under your body provides support all the way till your your hip crease for the leg extension. That's not hard. But if you slide outside of the bench more, and only let the bench support up till your belly button or higher. Holy smoke! If becomes really challenging! It's an easy exercise that can become very deceptively hard. It's awesome
I'm sure coaches will have much better suggestions.
Thanks @Jin Liu!
I'll look at them
can you tell me which PE they're in?
From sPL PE5 to PE7. They are half prone straddle bent leg hold, single leg extension or double leg extension (from easy to hard). You can make each a little or a lot harder by reducing the amount of support under the body. All of a sudden you’ll notice how much more you have to engage the glutes

Cool thanks!
@Nick Murray,
Thanks so much for this link! I did them and completed my middle split workout afterward. It made all the difference! I'll add them on weekly trainings ![]()
I’m following this woman on instagram and she looks like she knows her stuff :-). Nice thread!

The SAC drills- sPL iMs from Foundation Three and Foundation Four- are also really great, Etienne. Give those a go if you own F3 & F4.
