What are some excersises that help with planche,

some i know are :

- Tuck planche pushups

- Psuedo planche pushups

- Static holds,

- HSPUs

- HS lower to planche

any that are really good, and what are some others?

Uh... i think calf raises help because the uhh... motor neurons and the uhh... propioceptors pull hard and like you know and such as.

HAH! I KNEW IT! That dumbbell one was one of my ideas (hadn't heard of it at least) and I suggested it would help planche. Same for barbells, but dumbbells would be better.

Flyes pushups are incredible effective too and work very similar to the dumbell exercise.

Brilliant post. There seems to be much more variety than I'd realised for planche training. Although the malteese training is well beyond me seems like a brilliant link to that article.
