HS/PE7 form check

Hello Guys!

Today I did a first approach to the wall handstand. I post two videos, side and front view, for a form check in order to work on it correctly in the next year :).

I guess I need to fix something. Any tip will be appreciated!

HI Alessandro,

-from the side, you need to align hands, shoulder and hips, a bit of pike in the first variation of the wall handstand it is acceptable since you are at 15-20 cm from the wall. this does not mean losing the PPT.

-lock your elbows;

-head-in a bit more. this means that you should be able to see the thumbs with the peripheral vision;

-last but not the least externally rotate a bit the upper arm so that the forefinger is aligned with the forearm bones.
