Nice rocks here. try to limit as much as you can the hips flexion. Stop when you feel that the speed of the movements it is changing. On the IM try to keep the feet together .
Thank you Alessandro! I will keep working on both.

I have been wondering, for the table, where is my head supposed to be? Up and looking forward? Neutral? Leaning back (nice stretch there...!)

Hi Bronwyn,
Keep the head neutral, looking to the ceiling.
Thanks Etienne!
Here is 60r! Staying here for a while still... what do you think, @Étienne Lajeunesse And @Alessandro Mainente?
hey Bronwyn, there is a little hips angle changing, this reflects why you are moving horizontally as you rocks. you should stay in place. if you move the legs on one side the shoulders must follow so that no change in the hip happens.
@Alessandro Mainente i see what you mean. i am also sliding towards the left a bit. any idea why that might keep happening? thanks for taking a look !
This means that the right one is tighter.
okay. is it important for both to be tight or more open/loose?
