Is the GST Foundation program suitable for young children?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a minimum recommended age for young children to follow the foundation course? (mine are 6 and 9 years old)

And if they would go through exactly the same progressions as adults or if it would be advisable to modify some aspects of the programing?

Many thanks!

Hi Ken, actually not BUT I think that, if you can, a gymnastics activity it is more recommended for them.

Hi Alessandro, thanks for the reply!

When you say "NOT" do you mean it is not recommended for them to follow the progressions in the course? Or is it not necessary to modify the progressions?

And what would be an example of a gymnastics activity?

Thanks again, cheers!

I think hat the programs have no problems for young kids.

Basing on their age they can begin with gymnastics at the developmental stage, so they can do rolling, twisting, learning basic alignment, the beginning phase of the gymnastic sport.

OK, thanks for the clarification! Happy holidays!
