This is a 5th set of Korean Dips... did a few extra reps just for fun

For starters, Nice work on your Korean dips. You are nearly there, in terms of achieving mastery standard. Proper form requires for your legs to stay straight and together during the entire set. Doing so will allow a smoother transition over the bar. Imagine creating a tight arch throughout your spine, all the way down to your toes. Then it's a matter of achieving full shoulder extension at the bottom of each rep. Finishing at the top with your hips extended and cleared over the bar.
You will notice a HUGE difference here.
