difference between "form check" on the forum and "video review" in the courses library

What is the difference between "form checks" on the forum (here) and the "video review" option, (accessed from the courses login --> new features tutorial --> video review (on side menu bar))?

Form Checks in the Forum will be open to the public who owns the same courses. The video review option is private and will not be seen by other people except for the online coaches/support team. I hope this helps.

Is it safe to assume that the advantage of posting in the forum is that everyone can comment, and therefore everyone can learn from it, with the downside being that not all feedback should be taken as gospel?

And would it also be safe to assume that the video reviews in the course library might take longer to receive feedback, but will have the most authoritative answers for the individual posting?

The forum is definitely great for that specific reason. Everyone can learn from each other and you will also see whether it is a student or a coach who's given you feedback. 

The video review shouldn't take any longer than the forum to receive feedback. The same coaches who work on the forum are doing the video reviews so it's really a matter of preference  

@Bronwyn Higgins, I do all my video reviews in the forums… I have learned so much from other people's videos and coaches' responses, that I too post everything in the forums, so other people can learn from my mistakes/progresses.
